Botanical Interests, Inc.
Since it was started in 1995 by Curtis Jones and Judy Seaborn, Colorado-based Botanical Interests has focused on three key goals: inspiring and educating gardeners; providing the highest quality seed to customers; and creating a people and earth-friendly company ethic.

Every Botanical Interests seed packet is designed to help every gardener, experienced or not, succeed and create their own traditions. The outside of the packets offers in-depth plant information as well as gorgeous, detailed illustrations that evoke the romance of gardening. Inside, the packets present a wealth of useful, interesting and sometime just plain fun facts, from recipes to craft ideas to flower-drying techniques.

Botanical Interests hand-selects and quality tests every variety. The company presents only the highest quality seed. “We offer a level of purity and quality that isn’t easy to find,” Curtis says. The company has taken the “Safe Seed Pledge” – all seeds are non-GMO.

Established in 1917, Kitazawa Seed Company, located in Oakland, California, is the oldest seed company in America specializing in Asian vegetable seeds.

Founder Gijiu Kitazawa worked many years as an apprentice for a seed company in Japan prior to moving to California and starting Kitazawa Seed Company. At this time, America's vegetables reflected a homogenous national palate but Gijiu managed to build a thriving seed business selling to predominantly Japanese-American customers. The seeds were sold in the familiar manila packets with green ink that they use today.

Nearly a century later, American taste buds and produce now reflect the diversity of our population. Once exotic sounding vegetables like eda mame, nappa, daikon and kabocha have become a part of our kitchens and gardens. Kitazawa Seeds proudly continues to offer the highest quality Asian seeds to delight the diverse palates of their customers.

Renee's Garden Seeds
Renee’s Garden’s individually written packets offer beautiful watercolor portraits, with personally written descriptions, complete growing instructions, a quick-view planting chart, growing tips, harvesting information and cooking ideas. Inside, you'll find superior quality seed – the top germinating, reliable seed lots usually reserved for specialty growers. Renee's Garden seeds are selected from growers they know and trust in the USA, Holland, Italy, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Thailand, Japan, China and New Zealand. All their seeds are carefully trialed and evaluated in their test gardens in different climate zones before being added to their line.

Every year, Renee's Garden donates seeds to a wide variety of organizations and educational programs worldwide that work to improve social, economic and health conditions and promote sustainable organic gardening practices.

Urban Farmer Seed company, founded in Indianapolis, Indiana, uses Eco-Packets™ to package all of its seeds. Eco-packets are made using old magazines that would otherwise go to a landfill. They separate these magazines by paper strength and size and then turn each page into a new seed packet that will be filled and shipped out to customers! It offers a great eco-friendly way for gardeners throughout the United States to get their seeds!

Since then they have strived to find the best quality seeds for their customers. Their line of seeds is always growing and is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Urban Farmer also believes that giving back to the community is an important part of our business. They are always willing to donate seeds to important causes such as fighting hunger. To date they have donated to several causes including Marshall County Farm Bureau, Dinner Garden and many more.
